Voordat u biedt
Alles wat verkocht wordt bij Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers wordt verkocht via een onvoorwaardelijke openbare veiling – dat wil zeggen, er zijn geen minimumbiedingen of reserveringsprijzen, en onze veilingen zijn open voor iedereen. Kopers doen biedingen op items, en elk item wordt verkocht aan de hoogste bieder, ongeacht de uiteindelijke prijs. Wanneer je klaar bent om te bieden en te kopen, kun je je registreren en online bieden in elke live veiling of bieden via een verscheidenheid aan andere handige online opties.
Registratie en aanbetalingen
Registratie om te bieden is gratis. U kunt worden gevraagd een terugbetaalbare biedingsborg te plaatsen. Houd er rekening mee dat u een identiteitsbewijs met foto moet tonen wanneer u zich registreert op de veilinglocatie (bijv. identiteitskaart, paspoort of rijbewijs). Hoe werken veilingen?
We voeren live veilingen uit op fysieke veilinglocaties, met Real-Time Online Bieden. We verkopen ook via onze online Tijdgebonden Veilingen – een geautomatiseerd systeem zonder veilingmeester. Je kunt bieden in persoon, online, via onze mobiele app of via PriorityBid.
De veilingmeester (of het Timed Auction-systeem) zal elk perceel introduceren en om biedingen vragen. Als niemand een bod uitbrengt, wordt de vraagprijs verlaagd. Wanneer er een bod wordt geplaatst, verhoogt de veilingmeester de vraagprijs. Bieden gaat door totdat er geen biedingen meer worden geplaatst, en het item wordt verkocht aan de hoogste bieder. Kan ik de apparatuur persoonlijk komen bekijken?
Ja, apparatuur is beschikbaar voor persoonlijke inspecties op onze permanente veilinglocaties en lokale opslagplaatsen. Bezichtiging is mogelijk twee weken voor de start van elke veiling. Neem alstublieft contact op met de locatie om afspraken te maken buiten deze tijden en om de openingstijden te bevestigen. Bezichtiging is alleen mogelijk voor apparatuur die op de locatie is afgeleverd (controleer de vermelding van elk individueel item op onze website, en kijk onder het tabblad "Gedetailleerde apparatuurinformatie" voor "In Yard – Ja/Nee").
Apparatuur die wordt verkocht vanuit het pand van een consignor kan ook persoonlijk worden bekeken door een tijd en datum met de verkoper af te spreken.
Koperskosten

Betaling en verwijdering
Aankopen moeten binnen zeven (7) dagen na het einde van de veiling volledig worden betaald. Kopers kunnen hun aankopen niet van de veilinglocatie verwijderen totdat hun factuur volledig is betaald. Contante betalingen worden niet geaccepteerd. Betaal alstublieft alleen vanuit hetzelfde Ritchie Bros. account waaronder u de aankoop heeft gedaan.
Als Ritchie Bros. geen duidelijk eigendom kan overdragen op een aankoop, heeft de koper recht op een volledige terugbetaling van de aankoopprijs. Als Ritchie Bros. niet binnen zeven (7) dagen na het einde van de veiling volledige betaling ontvangt, zal de koper rente over achterstallige bedragen betalen tegen een tarief van 18% per jaar of een ander maximaal tarief zoals toegestaan door de wet, samen met eventuele juridische of incassokosten die door Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers zijn gemaakt.

Additional Notes
Notice to Foreign Buyers
All purchases that will be exported shall be assessed a surcharge for customs expenses that will cover the cost of processing export documentation for Mexican customs clearance (i.e. customs broker's fees and customs duties). The surcharge amount directly depends on the value of the equipment.
Foreign buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation from the auction site to the final destination, including trans-border transportation and customs requirements for importing into a foreign country.
15% I.V.A. tax will apply to all lots, except agricultural equipment. This tax will be refunded to foreign buyers when Ritchie Bros. receives proof of export (an original exportation document).
Notice Regarding U.S. Importation
Most United States manufactured equipment returns to the U.S. duty free. The importation of certain diesel engines (or equipment with diesel) is prohibited unless the diesel engine is covered by a U.S. EPA certificate of conformity. Some equipment may require modifications to meet U.S. import and safety regulations. To avoid potential problems, please contact your customs broker. A customs broker and international truckers will be available on-site at the auction to assist you.
Notice to Buyers in Mexico
Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico complies with all existing legislation and standards so that our customers can confidently do business with us.
Due to local regulations which were put in place in September 2013 in relation to the "Marketing or routine distribution of vehicles, new or used, whether air, sea or land" – where the value of the transactions are greater than the $207.879 MXN, or that in a period of 6 months exceeds the accumulated amount of $415.759 MXN, we have to identify the customer and provide the authorities with information corresponding to that transaction.
For the purposes of identification of the customer or buyer of the vehicle, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must:
The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
Verify the identity of the client or buyer based on credentials or official documentation, as well as obtaining a copy of the documentation that can be compared to the originals.
Request information about the existence of the "owner beneficiary". In that case, exhibit official documentation that identifies final owner (beneficiary); otherwise, declare that no documentation is available.The "owner beneficiary" refers to the person or group of people who by means of another person or act, get the economic benefits derived from the vehicle(s) and who ultimately exercised the rights of enjoyment or use of a product or service.
In the cases in which it is established there is a business relationship, request information about their activity or occupation.
Confidentiality
All information provided to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Mexico must comply with each and every one of the obligations of confidentiality applicable in accordance with the current legislation of the United Mexican States and under the terms of contracts, agreements and conventions in this area that have been held with the client, including all its subsidiaries, affiliates and related parties.
Notice of Privacy
With regards to the processing of personal data under the terms of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the possession of Individuals, Ritchie Bros. Centro, C.P. 54200, México will use your personal data collected for the purpose of updating and, in this case, to confirm your information.
